We select trainers following a stringent selection and vetting process. We only employ inspiring trainers who work individually with each learner in small groups of no more than nine.Our trainers deliver individual lessons in a professional manner promoting a positive attitude towards teaching and learning, whilst allowing learner to work at their own pace to build the confidence needed to achieve and succeed. We challenge the more able learners in order to stimulate and extend their learning which enables learners to make significant gains in their progress.
